Terms of Service

Last updated August 8, 2026 · Applies to the Bytwatch app and bytwatch.io

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Bytwatch, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or website.

2. What Bytwatch is — and isn't

Bytwatch is a read-only wallet monitoring, discovery, and paper-trading simulation tool covering Hyperliquid and Polymarket. Bytwatch is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes individualized investment advice, and no feature places a real trade or moves real funds on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to use Bytwatch and any wallets, exchanges, or prediction markets you interact with under the laws of your jurisdiction. You're responsible for confirming that using Bytwatch, and following any strategy you research through it, is lawful where you live.

4. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account per person, unless you're on a Team plan covering multiple named members.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Bytwatch offers Free, Pro, and Max plans. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, auto-renew unless cancelled, and are managed from your App Store or Play Store account settings — not inside Bytwatch directly. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's respective policies. We'll always show the current price, billing period, and what's included before you subscribe.

6. PaperRun

PaperRun simulates following a wallet's trading activity using capital you configure — it does not execute real trades. It models execution delay, slippage, fees, and funding to approximate what following that wallet realistically would have looked like, based on available public data. Simulated results are illustrative, not predictive, and Bytwatch does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. See Risk & Methodology for the full picture of what PaperRun does and doesn't model.

7. Acceptable use

8. Third-party data

Bytwatch displays data sourced from Hyperliquid, Polymarket, and other public platforms. We don't control, and can't guarantee, the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that upstream data — when it's delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable, we label it rather than substitute a guess.

9. Disclaimers

Bytwatch is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in Bytwatch is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Trading and prediction-market activity carries real risk of loss — decisions you make based on information from Bytwatch are yours alone.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytwatch Tech is not liable for trading or investment decisions you make based on the app, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms. You may stop using Bytwatch and delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.

12. Governing law

Bytwatch Tech's company registration is in progress at the time of publishing. The governing jurisdiction for these terms will be specified here once that registration is complete.
